- PFM/Seaswift: Add 25% fuel levy and 35% margin to the final GST-inclusive quoted price.
All custom requirements for freight must be noted on the sales order on the 'user defined fields' tab under the field Custom Freight Requirements (including to location, unpacking, rubbish removal)
The additional fee for delivery to location, unpacking, and rubbish removal is $POA, which will be added to the cora calculated freight price before adding the above margin.

International

The minimum freight/postage charge is $35 exGST regardless of the marked-up pricing as stated above. This includes Australia Post Services or Thermoline Staff Delivery.
Lead Time for multiple products
As a rule of thumb, the lead time is for one product.
If the order has multiple products (assuming the same products eg 2x TD-150, 3x TD-150, 4x etc), the lead time should have 20% added for each subsequent product.
- 1x TD-150F = 4 weeks
- 2x TD-150F = 5 weeks
- 3x TD-150F = 6 weeks
Use your best judgment and rounding for the + 20% rule.

When calculating the lead time for Williams Australian Mades cabinets that say 'Check' as the build time, refer to the below build times if the cabinet is in stock.
TI/TBW – 2 weeks
TRI – 4 weeks

Climatron – 6 weeks
You could add this time to the "Unit Expected Ready for Production" date (if longer than the current Queue time) found on the Williams Production Queue.

Thermoline Hourly Repair Rates
At Thermoline, we offer repair services for out-of-warranty products to ensure continued reliability and performance. Below are our standard hourly repair rates:
Standard Repair Rates:
- Inspection & Diagnosis Fee: $220.00 (One-time fee, deducted if the repair is approved)
- Standard Labour Rate: $150.00 per hour
Additional Costs:
- Replacement Parts: Charged separately based on component costs
- Return Shipping: Calculated based on packed weight and destination
We endeavour to inspect the returned product as soon as possible after arrival, but this could range from 1-2 weeks as we slot it into our production schedule.
