Thermoline Statement Regarding COVID-19
As we continue to monitor the latest updates and information about the global COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking additional measures to ensure we safeguard the health of our employees and preserve our ability to operate. Over the past several weeks, we have been taking actions to help prevent infections at our site as well as implementing a pandemic preparedness plan and being proactive in our approaches to ensure business continuity.
As of March 23 2020, no Thermoline employee has had any contact with anyone known to have COVID-19.
Our sales and service staff have been advised to cancel any travel or customer visits for the foreseeable future but will still of course be contactable via phone and email. We respect the requirements of our clients in relation to any planned onsite visits by our staff, and can seek alternative ways to continue to deliver services and meet business needs. In return, we ask that no visitors are to enter our premises without prior arrangement.
An important part of our proactive approach to safeguarding our employees and our customers is additional measures to ensure our products are cleaned and sanitised prior to packing and delivery. We will continue to ensure our product leaves our premises in the cleanest and safest condition as possible. Our procedures are regularly reviewed to promote safe, healthy and high standards.
We will review this policy in alignment with ongoing advice from government and health authorities. If Australia does go into lockdown this will obviously affect deliveries but our sales, service and admin staff will still be contactable.
