At Thermoline, we strive to supply helpful customer service to ensure that you get the most out of our products.

We've assembled a network of skilled agents in each state who are focused on supplying quick and helpful customer service. These independent agents are trained to help troubleshoot specific areas which include refrigeration, electrical and electronics.

In order to assist you quickly, please direct all your service requests to our central service department in Sydney and we can then contact the appropriate service agent in your area.
Warranty on Your Thermoline Product Thermoline offers a full 12 months warranty on parts and labour for all our standard products. Certain items are supplied with an extended 24 months warranty on parts and labour, however the terms of this extended warranty would need to be detailed in a quote before it can be applied.

Our new range of Upright Ultra Low Freezers are all supplied with a special 36 months warranty. This extended warranty applies on all spare parts only. Additional freight charges or on site service work carried out by a Thermoline agent may not be covered.
