CLIMAX Cabinets
Refrigerated Incubators for Platelet Bag Shakers

The Climax chambers have been specifically designed to work with the TBBS range of platelet bag shakers. Constructed with stainless steel, these chambers feature front glass opening doors which allow users to monitor the shakers without losing the conditions inside. They are designed to run at a constant temperature of 22 degrees (which can be adjusted via a digital controller). An internal fan helps circulate the air throughout the workspace to ensure even temperature uniformity. Double glazed glass doors and foam insulation around the chamber help maintain the set temperature and also help keep power consumption to a minimum. Lockable rollers under the chambers allow for easy moving.

The platelet bag shakers plug into power ports within the chamber and also connect to the DMLP controller via an internal connection. This internal connection to the DMLP monitor ensures alarms are heard and seen on the front controller.

Advanced Controller
The Climax range features the latest controller technology with backlit alphanumeric LCD display and many unique functions including an advanced defrosting feature that allows efficient defrosting cycles which reduces temperature variations and power consumption.

System Check
A simple ‘system test’ can be made by pressing and holding the ‘test’ button on the front panel. This will test the backup battery, signalling buzzer, audible and visual alarms and simulate a door open alarm.

Anti-Mist Lockable Front Doors
All cabinets have an anti-mist front glass door which is manufactured from triple thermal insulated glass. High capacity fully insulated doors are used which help to maintain the set temperature inside the cabinet. A magnetic PVC gasket helps to keep the door securely closed and prevent cold air escaping. When the door is opened, a micro switch automatically stops the circulating fan and turns on the internal light. Key lockable doors are supplied with each cabinet to keep your products safe should you leave the refrigerators unattended.

Advanced Defrosting System
The Climax chambers feature an advanced defrosting system which is only operated when necessary and it not on pre-set cycle times. This will reduce power consumption and increase stability and uniformity of internal temperatures.

Solid Construction
The cabinets are constructed internally and externally from white colorbond steel, has rounded back corners and a dished bottom. Stainless steel plating is used on the footing of each shaker position to give strength to each shelf when the shakers have a full load.

DMLP Printer
The DMLP Printer is used to create a historic list of data recorded. It’s inkless and uses standard thermal paper. It performs an automatic weekly print and an automatic print of alarms (with date, hour, alarm and maximum temperature reached). Several print on request options are also available such as daily print and a continuous print to monitor specific processes (door open, alarms and faults). Temperatures can be printed in both tabular and graphic modes, with different resolution degrees.
