Q: How do I get a quote?

A: To request a quote on any product, simply contact our office either by email, fax or phone. You can find our contact details on the 'contact us' page.

Q: How can I place an order for laboratory equipment?

A: We require having an order submitted to us in writing. This is to ensure all details are correct and to avoid any delays with your order. An order should include the organisation name and ABN, delivery and billing address as well as the item/s and quantities required.

Q: How long will delivery be after an order is placed?

A: Delivery times vary depending on stock levels. While we do our best to keep most products in stock, sometimes an item might still be in production or it may be an item that needs to be ordered in from one of our suppliers. Large laboratory equipment may only be manufactured to order. Delivery times will be indicated on the quotation and we strive to stick to this timeframe.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

A: Delivery charges can vary depending on the size of the laboratory equipment and the delivery location. The minimum delivery charge cost is $30.00 + GST. If you have a preferred freight company, you are welcome to arrange pickup from our factory in Wetherill Park.

Q: How do I pay for an order?

A: We accept bank cheque, EFT or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). There are no additional fees for payment by credit card. Usually, payment is required prior to the order being shipped unless otherwise negotiated.

Q: What sort of warranty is provided?

A: Thermoline offers a 12-month parts and labour warranty on our entire product range. Some conditions apply. Please see our Warranty Terms and Conditions for further information.

Q: Do you provide maintenance and service?

A: Please contact our service department. We have recommended service technicians located all around Australia and we do our best keep most parts in stock for quick repair turn around.

Q: Are your products Australian Made?

A: Most of our laboratory equipment is Australian Made and Thermoline Scientific has gained an excellent reputation for building the highest quality product with excellent reliability. In 2008, the company incorporated All-Lab Scientific and their imported product range to supplement the Thermoline Scientific catalogue. We continue to only offer imported products that meet the high standards that Thermoline Scientific has come to be known for.

Q: Where is Thermoline located and do you have any representation in other states?

A: The Thermoline Scientific head office and factory is located in Wetherill Park, NSW, approximately 35kms west of the Sydney CBD. Thermoline has representatives based in Canberra, Melbourne and Brisbane.
